BEIJING, Aug.？7 (Xinhuanet) --- The business period of certificated car wash in the State of Selangor is restricted to six hours per day, according to the spokesman of the State of Selangor Thursday, with immediate effect.
The spokesman said that this move aims at alleviating recent shortage of water supply due to the El Nino phenomenon, so as to ensure steady supply of water in the state.
He also said the business period is restricted from 12;00 to 18:00 and those illegal car washes would be sealed up as soon as possible.
He pointed out that residential water and commercial water use would not be restricted except for unexpected reasons.
